The 480-hour decision

Step-by-step checklist for starting, marketing and running successful basketball camps.

At my “9-to-5” job, I’d always overdeliver. Give more than what’s required. I considered this professional pride.

In looking back, I worked an extra 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week, 40 hours per month and 480 hours per year.

If I was lucky, I may get a $6,000 raise, which would be collected by end of the following year.

Then one day, I asked myself, “What if I utilized that 480 hours during the year, and applied it to my own business venture?”

Would I be able to generate more than $6,000 per year, put that money in my pocket immediately, and be in complete control? The answer is emphatically YES!

This is how I kickstarted my basketball training academy (www.youthhoops.com).

Instead of giving my “9-to-5” 480 hours per year, I redirected that time to my own business. The results have given me 25 times greater financial return than corporate world (in extra pay).

Just think, you can do the same thing. Take your extra time and divert it to your own basketball training academy. You’ll be able to earn a living (or supplemental income) and make a huge impact in your community.
